1985 James River Corporation purchases CEREX facility from Monsanto
1986 PBN-II® thermal bond product family introduced
1990 Holvis Holzstoff purchases entire James River Nonwoven Division
1992 Spectralon® colored thermal bond product line is introduced
1992 Vibratex® colored chemical bond product line is introduced
1994 CEREX business acquired by management as a stand alone company
1995 Anowo appointed exclusive European distributor
1997 Trilobal CEREX® is introduced; received ISO 9001 certification
1998 Increased thermal bond capacity with major plant expansion
